Terms of Service

1. Provider

StraticSEO (straticseo.com) is provided by Paweł Więcko, a sole proprietor based in Warsaw, Poland. Contact: seo@pawelwiecko.pl. Registration details are available on request and are stated in the contract with each customer.

2. The service

StraticSEO is a web application that analyses your website, plans and writes content with the help of AI, prepares it for publication (including sending drafts to WordPress when you ask for it), reports on results from Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and helps you manage your Google Business Profile, including preparing replies to reviews.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You may connect only websites, Google properties and Business Profiles that you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for actions taken in your account, including by members of your team.

4. Plans, trial and payment

Prices and plan limits are shown on the website and in the panel. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods, unless the law requires otherwise.

5. Your content and our output

You keep all rights to the content and data you provide. You allow us to process them to provide the service. Content produced with AI may contain errors: review it before you publish it. We publish outside StraticSEO — to WordPress or as a reply on Google — only after your explicit action for that item. You are responsible for what you publish.

6. Google services

When you connect Google, you also use Google’s services under Google’s own terms. By connecting a Business Profile you confirm that you own it or are authorised by its owner to manage it and to reply to its reviews. You can revoke access at any time. How we handle Google data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use StraticSEO to:

• publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content;
• create fake reviews, spam, or keyword-stuffed business names or posts;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or access it by automated means other than our API;
• share your account with people outside your organisation.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for the service to be available continuously but do not guarantee it; maintenance and outages of our providers may interrupt it. We may develop and change features. We will tell you in advance by email about changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, or changes in search rankings or traffic, which depend on factors outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event that gave rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these terms, after notice where possible. After closure your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Complaints

Send complaints to seo@pawelwiecko.pl. We reply within 14 days.

12. Governing law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the provider’s registered office, without prejudice to mandatory rules that protect you. We announce changes to these terms by email at least 14 days before they take effect; if you do not accept them, you can cancel before that date.
